We have completed the server maintenance that was performed earlier today.  We have resolved issues of IMAGES and DOCUMENTS that were loaded into the “Media” section of your control panel.  We have also upgraded and tuned up the server which should improve the speed and responsiveness of the server greatly.

We have determined there to be a few remaining issues with the upgrade that we have not been able to resolve in patches.  As a result, we are doing a full re-installation of the WordPress system and them migrating in all of the existing site data and files.

NO CLIENT DATA OR FILES WILL BE LOST DURING THIS PROCESS.

The maintenance will begin at approximately 8:45am EST and should last no more than 2 hours.

With the update of WordPress 3.5.1 came a new “Add Media” button that replaced the normal “Media” buttons above the editor for pages and clients in the MyBenefits Plugin.  Unfortunately it did not work as desired.

We have regressed that function to the “Old” version, and now you should see an “Add Media” link just above the editor that should “Pop-over” the classic media selector.

I have tested it quite a bit and things seem to be working as you would expect.  In the event that it is not, please email us immediately at info@intellagentbenefits.com.

After a lot of stress and anguish, the server has been updated to WordPress 3.5.1 (current). I have tested most of all the client sites for errors and have not seen any (so-far). If anyone sees a problem with the system, or notices anything that you believe I should be aware of, please send an email to chris@intellagentbenefits.com or call (419) 768-6111 and I will resolve the issue immediately.

We are preparing a new server to move all of the IntellAgent Benefit Solutions client to. The new location will provide not only faster and better transfer rates and speeds, but it also is a Green move as all of the new servers are ran by Green Wind and Water Energy.

We may need assistance from clients in transferring all of the domains over to the new server system, but our tech migration team will be in touch with you if this is needed.

A minor change has been made to the MyBenefits (Policy Briefcase) plugin to sort the list of existing clients alphabetically instead of in the order they were added.

We will shortly be adding the functionality to sort that list dynamically by controls on that page.
